Do I get a price immediately?

No. We deliberately do not work with automatic instant prices. Your request is reviewed and then coordinated and negotiated with matching firms.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. Your request is non-binding. You review the offer at your own pace and decide yourself whether to accept it.

Why should I upload photos?

Photos help us and the firms assess the job more accurately and avoid follow-up questions. They are not required, though.

Which contact details does Negoshio need?

We need your name and an email address so we can clarify questions and keep you informed about your offer. A phone number is optional. You will also need that email address later to open the status.

Which trades can I request?

For example plumbing, electrical, heating, painting, flooring, carpentry, repairs, roofing, garden work, cleaning, and moving. You are welcome to request other jobs as well.

What if my job is urgent?

Negoshio is not an emergency service. In case of acute danger, please contact the fire service, the police, or an appropriate emergency service directly.

What does the request cost?

The request through Negoshio is free and non-binding. Costs arise for you only when you place a binding order based on an offer.
